September 30, 2011 by

In today’s video I do an unboxing of the PanOceania Military Order Sectorial Starter Pack from Infinity.

I also roll the dice and do a random giveaway of this starter set to one of my subscribers who participated in the contest.

Congratulations to the winner.

[..YouTube..] That model you painted looks great. Oh and congratulations to Blck0Knght for winning PanOceania Military Order Sectorial box for Infinity.

[..YouTube..] hehe your winner selection isn’t random. The person in the center of a piece of papier has 1/36′th chance (1/6 for right paper and 1/6 for name selection) while the one on top and bottom of the piece has 1/216′th change (numbers 2 and 12 respectively). IAW being written on the center is 6 times better :P OPh well its your contest :) cheers!

[..YouTube..] Hmm.. The colour scheme is good! Only thing I didn’t like much was the lenses of the model, as it looked quite flat, but, it might just be the camera. Excellent work otherwise! ;) I’m a real fan of Infinity miniatures, I would start them, if only I had someone who would start with me.. :´(

[..YouTube..] Congrats to Blck0Knght. I was number 7 on that list. Maybe next time.

  5. [..YouTube..] @irongollem – You are absolutely right – the chances are not equally distributed amongst the different spots on the different pieces of paper. That is why I took all the names into an excel spreadsheet and then used a random number generator to create a random sequence of numbers between 1 and 66 and assigned a number to each name. So that way, even where you end up on the piece of paper was random. So that was random, the dice single dice roll was random, and the 3rd part was “semi-random”.

[..YouTube..] I like the painted buto mate. One peeve personaly is i would repaint the sheaths so the hand guard is the same colour as the grip. Love the PanOceania models, i’m considering building a PanOceania army myself

  8. [..YouTube..] i likw the over all look and the red sheths really pops. is that goinging to be an overall theam for the army?

  10. [..YouTube..] May I suggest that when you unbox these, you initially just go over if the parts have any flashing or if there’s anything missing, and how you assemble them etc, then give them all an ink wash to bring out the details, so that after that you can show them again and we can see the lavish detailing on fantastic models like these. That way it’s easier to judge them.

  13. [..YouTube..] Should’ve done a D6 roll followed by a D12 roll, with a result of 12 being a re-roll…
