Blood Angels Space Marine – Speed Painting
In this video I paint one of my Blood Angels Tactical Squad Space Marines.

[..YouTube..] hmm, its decent.. I’ve seen your other work and I’m tempted to say you could do better or atleast more details as you said.. writing on the scroll for example etc.It’s decent, but not your best
[..YouTube..] the battle damage looks great. the whites on the eye/visor is too much, may be go over it again with green to reduce its size. and the white is too white IMHO. devlin mud works well i think, then highlight.

[..YouTube..] @BigMisterApple – Yeah, I agree. It’s a bit hard to focus on details and such when I’m shooting a video for upload to YouTube, since I have to keep the file size / length reasonable. Already as it is I’m working with 2-3gigabyte files for each video, so if I went into more detail in the videos they would be double the size or more. But we’ll see, maybe I’ll split the painting up into multiple vids.

[..YouTube..] @tabletopgamercom hmm, that could work.. splitting a vid up into multiple vids should give you enough room and time and such to work on every fricking detail, but personally I´d recommend doing that with the bigger projects, like a dreadnought, dreadknight, defiler etc etc.. Nonetheless, a fine job dude.. keep painting and I´ll keep watching!

You would so win like 1st place in a Games Woekshop contest, my friend saw this video and was amazed, their show models are maybe a little more detailed than yours.

Maybe it’s because I’m Polish or Canadian. 
Seriously on the painting? I look at all the amazing paint jobs in the magazines, websites and books and stuff and I think my painting sucks. I definitely want to get better, but honestly I mostly paint just because it shuts my mind off so it’s really relaxing and it’s SO MUCH FUN.

[..YouTube..] wow this was almost nostalgic! Been almost a decade since I used to paint Citidal Miniatures! Do you ever use the dry brush technique? Find it better than using a wash… e.g paint the item (say bolt gun) black and the dry brush with gun metal.
